Your Fine Art Purchase
A few things you should know:
- We want you to be totally pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you do not find the work to be to your satisfaction, we will either replace it with another work or refund your money less a small service fee.
- In most instances, your work will be shipped within 24 hours of your purchase. We can ship either UPS or through the US Postal Service, whichever is most convenient. Remember, UPS cannot deliver to a postal box number.
- Your purchase will be shipped flat, in sturdy packaging to avoid bending or rolling the work. There is a non-refundable $20.00 handling fee for all works.
- Shipping costs for orders delivered outside the continental U.S. are established per piece. We will gladly forward tracking numbers to you via e-mail.
- Moosewalk Studios accepts either VISA or MasterCard. When paying by credit card, your card is charged when the item is shipped. We will gladly accept checks, but will be required to hold the work until the check clears at the bank. Orders shipped within the state of Vermont require us to collect the state sales tax.
- Our shipping can only be as accurate as the information you provide us. Please double check all the information you forward to us. We will send you a confirmation of your order with the address and item information we received for your verification before your order is filled.
