How can I get more information about a purchase I’m considering?
Here at Moosewalk Studios and Gallery, we understand that our customers often appreciate hearing a voice when making a purchase. Please feel free to call us at 802. 583.2224 (9:00 AM — 9:00 PM Eastern Time). You won’t find any operators or salespeople — only the two artists who create the work. We would love to discuss the work you are considering.

What is the life expectancy of the art I purchase?
We have a philosophy here at the gallery — The gift of art lasts a lifetime. All of our work is created using the finest archival materials currently available. With proper care, your purchase will last a lifetime (or beyond).

Do you offer any guarantees?
We want you to be totally pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you do not find the work to be to your satisfaction, we will either replace it with another work or refund your money less a small service fee.

Do you ship?
We can ship UPS, FedEx or though the US Postal Service. UPS and FedEx cannot deliver to a PO Box.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Moosewalk Studios accepts all major credit cards. When paying by credit card, your card is charged when the item is shipped. We will gladly accept checks, but will be required to hold the work until the check clears at the bank. Orders shipped within the state of Vermont require us to collect the state sales tax.

Shipping & Handling

Our shipping can only be as accurate as the information you provide us. Please double check all the information you forward to us.

We are very concerned that your art arrives in perfect condition. All shipped work is handled by a professional shipping company and is fully insured.
